Our cancellation policy is engineered to balance host flexibility with vendor commitment certainty. All refunds are calculated using precise integer paise step functions.

If a vendor declines or cancels a confirmed booking at any time prior to the event, the customer is always guaranteed a 100% refund of all amounts paid. The platform will additionally offer priority matching with alternative certified ateliers.
