How does the 10-minute date hold work?
When you click reserve, a temporary lock is placed on the vendor calendar for exactly 10 minutes, protecting your slot while you complete payment.
What if an atelier cancels my booking?
If a vendor cancels, you are guaranteed a full 100% refund of all amounts paid, with priority rebooking support.
